He qualified first by a large margin. He breezed though the early rounds and was positioned in lane one for the final.

    The third World Cup of the year saw the return of Jared Graves. Jared has been focusing his early season efforts on qualifying for the 2008 Olympic Games, since BMX is now a medal event. He accomplished this task by becoming the first Australian male to earn an automatic qualifying position. Jared celebrated by taking a break for his 20” and then taking the win in the 4X.

    The second World Cup of the year was a strong showing for Team Yeti. Sam Blenkinsop scored his first World Cup podium with a 5th place in the downhill. Sam was looking strong all week in the downhill, qualifying 7th and improving two spots for the finals. Justin Leov had a solid showing with 14th in the downhill and Ross Milan advanced to 10th in the 4X.
